This thing is fun as hell. Probably the best drunk Amazon purchase I've ever made. I bought some Daisy slingshot ammo to use in it, but also had some .177 BBs that shot well and some paintballs that I managed to shoot my own hand with. The Pocket Shot comes with 2 slings, a blue one called the Pro Pouch, and packs a little more power than the black pouch. The whole thing folds up nicely in your pocket or bag, and you can store ammo in the pouch if you want to carry it around. It doesn't hurt too much of you get hit with a paintball fired out of one, and some paintball fields allow you to use one. The one thing that requires practice with this to improve is accuracy. I'd recommend buying some slingshot ammo, preferably white glass, and shooting at a soft target over and over (soft, so you can reuse the ammo). I shot it at a sandbag for a while, and that seems to be a great trainer.
Awesome quality and delivery! Bravo! Great survival product
I have never owned a slingshot that's more accurate than one of these. make sure not to use too small of a ball and your rubber slings will last far longer. these things are a blast and a must for any bug out bag.
Love the pocket shot. I have had lots of fun with this new style slingshot. Definitely recommend it if you’re on the fence about buying it.
This is a great slingshot! It can shoot plastic practice ammo that we bought for it right through one side of a thin cardboard box. It does hurt if you get hit with the practice shots, so be careful. It is very accurate, and can easily hit the center of the box. It comes with an upgraded pro pouch for stronger shots. It can shoot just about anything, including paintballs and spitballs. This one looks great and is also stronger than the PS junior, which shoots metal nuts right through a thin cardboard box. I can't imagine how strong it will shoot if you load a metal ball into the normal pocket shot. And we ordered some paintballs for it, and i can't wait to try them with the paintballs. Those are more safe than the metal balls or plastic ones. And this is DEFINITELY not a toy, so use it at your own risk. And NEVER aim it at people. It hurts like a wasp sting with the practice shots. The metal ones can potentially penetrate skin and cause serious injury. Also safety glasses are required, unless you shoot spitballs. But it is a great product nonetheless. Definitely get it! But read safety instructions first.
This product is so much fun. It's better than Die Hard on date night. I have gotten really accurate in a short amount of time. Really easy to use, compact and shoots hard. Did I mention it's made right here in the good ole U S of A? Brilliant. The new Arrow Pouch is even better. Sling full sized arrows down range with ease and authority. 10 outta 10 all day and twice on Sunday.
This modernized slingshot is great. I expected something that would be fun to shoot and would be good up to about 10 feet. Was I ever wrong. It is extremely powerful. Much more powerful than my sling shots. What surprised me though is that it is pretty accurate.
Upon receiving the pocket shot, i fired a few shots into a box and was surprised all of them hit. Over the next few days, I fired it a few times with great accuracy every time.
Then I took it to my slingshot range. I put up an 8"x10" piece of paper on a box and fired at it from about 30' away. A standard sized paper is about the same size as a man's head.
I hit the paper 40 times out of 40 attempts. You can actually aim this thing and hit your target. I was shocked. I'm going to order more pouches, because I never want to be without the pocket shot again.
I highly recommend.
We have major rat and squirrel infestation in California since state outlawed rat poison.
These make quick work if rats etc. my kids are deadly with these. Make sure you get a 3/8ths steel ball bag! Practice makes perfect. Perfect makes no rats or squirrels.
